My early work experience was charity based working with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Latterly my therapy work has become more varied working with a wide range of clients with various presenting issues. I work with adults of all ages, orientations and backgrounds who enter therapy with a wide variety of challenges and experiences.

I feel passionately that talking therapy should be available and accessible to all. I also believe that a counselling intervention can be hard work and it certainly doesn’t offer a quick fix or a cure all. It does however offer an opportunity for exploration, understanding, growth and change.

My divorce and separation work was based on personal experience. A breakup of a relationship can be alienating and debilitating. Life will change but that change doesn’t have to be negative.

I have undertaken specialist divorce training therapy and have a licence issued through the training organisation. I work alongside divorce specialists in East Anglia and Yorkshire. My work is delivered privately in one to one, face to face sessions.

Latterly my training has been enhanced by qualifying as an accredited legal supervisor through FLiP Faculty in London. Supervision support is available to all those in the legal profession that support individuals and couples through divorce and separation. Learn more by accessing www.familylawsupervisors.co.uk
